Climber to 20m. Sheaths with spines to 20mm, leaves with cirri to 760mm long, 3-7 leaflets to 270mm x 45mm per side. Staminate inflorescence to 360mm long with 1-10 rachillae to 10mm long, rachilla bracts to 1mm. Staminate flowers 5mm long, calyx 3mm long, corolla 5mm long. Pistillate inflorescence tlo 300m long with 4-6 rachillae to 20mm long, rachillae bracts to 2mm long. Pistillate flowers to 4.5mm long with calyx 4.5mm long, corolla 4mm long.
