Erect or climbing hemi-epiphytic herb with glabrous or glabrate stems. Spirally-arranged glabrous leaves to 105mm x 25mm with denticulate margins. Solitary axillary or terminal flowers with 5-lobed calyx, lobes to 10.5mm x 2.5mm, glabrous corolla to 30mm long with tube 14mm long & lobes to 14mm x 10mm. Glabrous or glabrate red or purple fruit to 17mm x 17mm.
