Climber, shrub or tree to 6m with glabrate stems. Leaves to 220mm x 120mm, glabrous above & pubescent beneath. Few-flowered axillary pseudoracemes to 120mm long with bracts to 1.5mm long & minute bracteoles, yellow flowers to 21mm diameter, sepals to 5mm long, petals to 9.5mm long. Red to orange glabrous fruit to 12mm x 15mm.
