Dioecious simple tendril climber to 4m. 5-lobed hairy leaves to 120mm x 120mm. Puberulous calyx tube to 6mm x 34mm with lobes to 3mm long, yellow corolla to 7mm long, puberulous outside, petals to 6mm x 5mm. Female flowers in corymbs, fruit maturing red or yellow to 10mm diameter
