Shrubby vine with tomentose branches. Leaves to 54mm x 28mm, tomentose above, velvety beneath. White flowers in panicles to 125mm long, flowers 8.5mm with bracts & bracteoles to 1.1mm x 1mm, sepals to 5mm x 3mm, petals to 4.5mm x 2mm. Creamy yellow puberulous fruit capsule 21mm x 6mm.
