Climbing shrub or liana to 25m with glabrous branches. Coriaceous glabrous leaves to 160mm x 70mm, sometimes hairy on midrib beneath. Racemes to 45mm long with bracts & bracteoles to 1.5mm x 1.5mm & up to 20 flowers, calyx to 5mm long with minute lobes, corolla to 12mm x 12mm with a 2mm apical split & claw to 2mm, wings to 12mm x 5mm with 1mm claw, keel petals to 13mm x 5mm, claw to 0.5mm. Glabrous fruit to 40mm x 25mm.
