Fruiting Times
Vigorous evergreen scandent erect or clambering shrub armed with spines to 40mm long. Leaves tomentulose to pilose beneath 100mm x 65mm often glabrate with age. Axillary cymes to 50mm long, 60mm purple or pink flower bracts, pilose flower 30mm long. Grey-green villous fruit to 15mm x 5mm.
