Large woody vine, canopy liana or shrub with tendrils & hanging glabrous branches. Coriaceous glabrous leaves to 130mm x 65mm. Yellow-green flowers, racemes to 8 flowers, staminate panicles to 150mm long with greenish-yellow flowers with 6 sepals, outer 3 to 2.6mm x 2mm, inner 3 sepals 2.8mm x 2.2mm, 6 whitish petals 1.5mm x 1mm. Orange-red fruits to 30mm x 15mm
