Fruiting Times
Tall strong twining or trailing perennial to 15m with woody rusty-villous branches. Rusty villous leaves to 160mm x 100mm. Axillary rufescent cymes or umbels with 20mm x 10mm bracts, of 1-3 or more white or blue flowers & bracteoles to 8mm long. 5 coriaceous outer sepals to 14mm diameter, inner sepals to 9mm x 6mm, red-villous outside, pale yellow or pure white corolla to 50mm long x 30mm. Glabrous capsule 15mm diameter,rusty-hairy without & crowned with tuft of hairs.
