Rhizomatous climbing vine with glabrous stems. Leaves to 100mm x 5mm, twisted at apex, glabrous above & pilose on nerves beneath, bracts similar to leaves to 15mm long. Glabrous umbels with bractlets to 10mm long. Pale pink flowers with green tips, maroon spots inside, deep red sepals with green at apex to 18mm x 8mm, green petals to 18mm x 10mm, purple-blotched within.
