Tall liana to 7m with glabrous stems. Dentate leaves 185mm x 80mm, villous above, tomentose or scabrid beneath. Terminal or axillary corymbs or panicles to 7mm diameter with 4 villous bracts to 8mm long, yellow & white flowers, female corolla toothed & with 5 lobes villous outside, florets to 6mm with 2-5 lobes. Glabrous brown pubescent achenes with white pappus to 5mm.
