High-twining glabrous subshrub. Mucronate leaves to 125mm x 40mm. Axillary cymes of 4-6 flowers. Pale yellow flowers tinted purple outside, white corona with yellow mouth, corolla to 12mm diameter with 5-parted flowers. Fruit a follicle.
