Climbing hemi-epiphytic & lithophytic fern to 3m with pinnatisect leaves, leaflets to 75mm x 8mm, terminal segments enlongated. Sterile fronds to 800mm long with 34 pinnae to 30mm x 10mm, fertile fronds to 400mm long with 24 pinnae to 100mm long. Fertile fronds with red spores. YOung fronds red.
