Scandent shrub to 13m with tetragonous branchlets. Leaves to 200mm x 100mm, glabrous above & villous beneath. Fascicles with bracts 20mm long, 5-6 lobed calyx 10mm long, pink or white petals to 20mm long. Pink fruit to 15mm diameter.
