Wiry stemmed twining evergreen woody climbing shrub to 0.5m. Hairy leaves to 40mm x 14mm. Solitary or paired 25mm greenish-yellow or cream flowers with purplish markings, sepals to 10mm long, petals becoming pinker with age, to 20mm long. Hairy yellow-green velvety or glabrous berries sometimes flushed red, to 30mm long.
