Climbing shrub with 1-2 foliolate leaves to 149mm x 91mm. 2-flowered terminal thyrses with bracts to 7.7mm x 1.9mm, red flowers, calyx 26.4mm x 9.1mm, corolla purple outside, white inside to 75.7mm with tube to 49.7mm x 5.4mm & lobes to 27.5mm x 25.3mm. Woody fruit to 75mm x 56mm.
