Tendril liana or tall climbing shrub. 2-3 foliolate leaves with a trifid tendril, blades to 177mm x 105mm. Axillary few-flowered racemes to 228.0mm long with bracts to 1.3mm x 0.6mm, of flowers lavender blue, white inside with violet nectar guides, lavender blue lobes, denticulate calyx to 3.8mm x 6.9mm, purple corolla to 85.4mm long with tube 53.9mm x 4.7mm, lobes to 24mm x 26.9mm. Fruit 480mm x 53mm.
