Shrub or liana to 4m with glabrous stems. Glabrous leaves to 240mm x 60mm. Orange-red flowers in axillary 2-flowered umbels, calyx to 13mm long becoming 19mm long in fruit with coriaceous lobes 7mm wide at base, orange corolla to 17mm long with tube 4mm wide. Pale orange berries.
