Climbing tree or scandent shrub to 5m with glabrous branches. Glabrous leaves to 60mm x 30mm. Fascicles or terminal racemes to 50mm of yellow or white flowers. Fruit a red drupe maturing black to 9mm long x 5mm (sweet) with persistent remains of calyx tube & disc.
