Scandent glabrous climbing or creeping shrub to 8m. Leaves to 150mm x 70mmmostly glabrous. 1.5mm greenish-white to yellow-green flowers in lateral or terminal racemes or panicles to 100mm long. Sausage-shaped fruit a purple-red or purple-black drupe to 11m long x 5mm.
