Hemi-epiphytic climber to 10m long with pink or reddish stems. Denticulate leaves to 130mm x 88mm, glabrescent above, tomentose beneath. Axillary many-flowered cymes, white or pink flowers, often fragrant. Female inflorescence of 2-7 flowers with bracts to 25mm long, make inflorecence of 4-15 flowers with similrt bracts. Female flowers with 2-4 white to pink tepals to 33mm x 35mm. Male flowers with 4 white to pink tepals to 26mm x 14mm. Greenish fruit with white warts to 45mm x 10mm,
