Very large ferrugineus pubescent extensive tendril liana. Simple alternate leaves ferrugineous-pubescent beneath to 95mm x 80mm, leaflets joined for 2/3 of length. Axillary & terminal racemes clothed with dense tomentum, of fragrant 75mm brick red flowers with bracts. Rusty downy pod to 300mm long x 25mm.

Used for charcoal, roots boiled & used for stomach pains, fever,etc.
