Fruiting Times
Shrubby climber to 3m or small tree with spines, pubescent prickly branches. Glabrous 2-lobed leaves pubescent beneath to 60mm long. Axillary or terminal racemes with bracts to 100mm long, of 20mm pale green or yellow & red flowers with purplish tint, calyx tube to 20mm long. Velvety fruit 250mm x 13mm.
