Scandent shrub to 3m or tree with young twigs & inflorescence rusty-tomentose. Leaves glabrous above, sparsely pubescent beneath to 100mm x 30mm. Terminal racemes to 90mm long with 10 greenish flowers with white filaments, calyx tube 10mm long, petals 40mm long. Glabrescent green fruit to 250mm long x 200mm.
