Erect or scrambling subshrub to 2.5m with hairy stems. Hairy leaves to 130mm x 33mm. Terminal & lateral flowering spikes to 75mm long with bracts to 21mm x 7mm & bracteoles to 16mm x 4mm. Greyish calyx lobes to 22mm x 16mm, white, pale blue to purple corolla to 59mm long, tube to 30mm long & lobes to 25mm x 13mm. Shrtly beaked glabrous capsule to 16mm long.
