Erect or scrambling shrub or woody perennial herb, stems with white-hairs, becoming glabrescent. Glabrescent leaves to 150mm x 56mm. Axillary 1-3 flowered fragrant inflorescences with bracts & bracteoles to 28mm x 9.5mm, green calyx with cream lobes to 18.5mm x 12mm, blue to mauve corolla to 43mm long with paler throat or whitish throughout, tube to 17mm long, lobes to 23mm x 17mm. Glabrous capsule to 17mm long.
