Straggling or scandent perennial herb or shrub to 6m with glabrescent stems. Leaves to 130mm x 65mm, mostly glabrous. 2-9 flowered terminal panicles to 120mm long with bracts to 25mm x 23mm & bracteoles to 18mm x 7mm, calyx lobes to 24mm x 19mm, white, pinkish-white or blue corolla, throat often tinged pink,ir purple, to 50mm long, tube to 3mm long with lobes to 27mm x 15mm. Glabrous capsule to 14.5mm long.
