Scandent shrub or large liana with tomentose stems. Leaves to 170mm x 97mm with revilute margins, glabrous above, silky beneath. Axillary racemes or panicles with bracts & bracteolel to 2mm, of 6-14 yellow flowers 20mm diameter, sepals to 3mm x 2mm, petals to 7mm x 6mm. Fruit with wing to 28mm x 8mm.
