Liana with glabrescent stems. Glabrous leaves to 165mm x 55mm. Flowers with bracts to 1.5mm x 1mm, sepals to 3mm x 2.6mm, magenta corolla with pale green lobes, corolla tube to 12mm x 3,2mm, lobes to 16mm x 13mm.
