Scandent subshrub to 2.5m. Leaves to 124mm x 37mm with serrated margins. Axillary racemes or panicles to 115mm x 38mm with bracts to 120mm x 35mm. Male flowerheads to 5.8mm high with bracts, 10-22 flowers, corolla to 5mm, tube to 2.8mm. Female flowerhead to 9.8mm high with bracts, 92-180 flowers, corolla to 1.7mm. Achenes to 0.6mm, pappus to 2.4mm.
