Largewoody liana with unarmed branchlets. Nearly glabrous leaves to 220mm x 160mm. Umbel-like unflorescence, yellow flowers to 10mm wide, sepals to 5mm long, petals to 2.5mm long. Spiny capsule to 20mm diameter, spines to 5mm.
