Clumping bamboo erect at first, then leaning to scandent to 5m. Leaves to 200mm x 70mm. Panicles to 400mm long, spikelets to 20mm long, lower glumes to 4.5mm, upper glumes to 8mm, lemma to 4mm long, 3 lodicules.
