Procumbent or scandent perennial clambering or creeping grey-puberulous herb to 1m. Leaves to 125mm x 45mm. Pale blue to purple occasionally white or tinged yellow flowers to 35mm long in lax terminal racemes to 100mm long with minute bracts on axillary branches, pubescent sepals 5mm long, violet-blue or yellowish corolla to 50mm with 5 segments, yellow tube 20mm long, 5-parted, 2-lipped pink or pale purple limbs, white streaked purple outside corolla hairy outside, inflated white throat. Fruit a beaked pubescent capsule to 30mm long.
