Prostrate or climbing twining hispid herb or subshrub.Leaves with stinging hairs or bristles both surfaces or glabrate above to 35mm long. Solitary, or in terminal or axillary umbels, yellow to orange flowers to 20mm diameter, sepals to 3,5mm long, fimbriate petals to 7mm, larger petals to 10mm long, Nutlets to 6mm long, green to white fruit samaras 13mm long.
