Climber or erect shrub to 1m, spin es to 10mm long. 3-10 cladodes per fascicle, to 65mm long. Inflorescence to 150mm long with paired flowers with bracts to 2.5mm long, white or cream tepals to 4.5mm long. Red Berry to 8mm diameter.
