Scrambling and trailing glabrous shrub to 3m with 20mm long spines, glabrous non-twining stems, tubers to 51mm x 40mm. Leaf-scales to 5,5mm long, 1-6 cladodes to 31mm x 2mm per fascicle. Creamy-white sweetly scented flowers, 1-3 per fascicle, tepals to 4.2mm x 1.9mm. Berry to 14mm diameter, ripening red.
