Glabrate twining liana, pilose leaves to 150mm x 90mm. Subcorymbose inflorescence of 6-8 greenish yellow or white flowers with bracts to 20mm long, pilose calyx lobes to 20mm long, pilose corolla to 50mm long, tube 13mm x 2mm, lobes to 45mm long. Ferrugineous hispid follicles to 300mm long.
