Perennial climbing bamboo to 4m tall. Glabrous leaves to 230mm x 50mm with prominent white stripes. Racemes to 150mm long, spkelets to 50mm long, lower glume to 6mm long, upper glume to 8mm long, fertile lemma to 16mm long.
