Climbing hairy shrub with striate stems. Lraves to 200mm x 50mm, glabrous above, villous beneath. Solitary axillary flowers or on old woody stems Calyx yellow with purple veins & markings to 150mm, tube to 60mm x 20mm, 3-lobed limb to 130mm diameter.
