Climber to 15m. Coriaceous pubescent leaves to 320mm x 150mm. Flower tube to 35mm long with lobes to 12mm long, utricle to 15mm x 10mm, bright yellow speckled brown-maroon, white in throat, dark brown with blackish-brown veins outside. 6-ribbed fruit to 120mm x 65mm, orange when ripe.
