Glabrous wiry climber or creeper to 10m. Tuberous roots. Leaves to 180mm x 40mm. Axillary solitary or paired flowers, with bracts to 2mm long, flowers to 40mm long, tube to 22mm x 6mm flaring to 12mm diameter at throat, hemispherical lobes to 10mm long, pink filament to 15mm long weith 3 sections splayed in different directions, utricle to 11mm x 6mm, white outside tinged pale green with main veins maroon, bright sulphur yellow throat. Fruit to 50mm x 26mm ripening yellow.
