Large cauliflorous liana to 9m. Brownish flowers with very strong smell, pilose cymes with pilose bracts, greenish-yellow flower minutely spotted carmine & edged dark purple 18mm x 14mm with tube 34mm long, 3 lobes 150mm x 150mm with tails 28mm x 2mm. Green fruits with dark brown spots & 6 knobs.
