Liana to 15m with glabrous branches. Leaves to 150mm x 80mm, glabrous above, hairy beneath. Cauligerous inflorescence with hairy bracts to 4.5mm long, curved dull yellow flowers with dark purple markings, tube 15mm x 3mm, 1-lipped limb to 90mm x 35mm.
