Fruiting Times
Cauliflorous twining liana, older stems with corky ridges, young stems puberulent. Leaves to 180mm long glabrous above puberulent or pilose beneath. Few-many flowered axillary racemes of purple-brown flowers with white spotted throat to 100mm long, calyx to 100mm long. 125mm long fruits green aging brown.
Tender pods edible. Used for snakebite. Medicinal
