Climbing shrub with leaves to 150mm x 90mm, slightly villous or glabrous above, villous beneath. Axillary solitary flowers with bractlets to 10mm long, yellowish-white xalyx, tube to 15mm long, dark purple inside at bast, white with purple spots above, upper portion of tube to 22mm long, white inside with purplish-red spots, 3-lobed limb to 20mm diameter, lobes bright yellow with yellowish-white throat & dense brown patches. Capsule 40mm x 25mm.
