Cauliflorous twining liana with winged corky stem. Leaves to 150mm x 90mm. Glabrous purple-red & yellow-green flowers, yellow lines, yellowish inside, utricle 20mm x 8mm, arachnoid within, tube 15mm long, limb spotted with deep purple to 40mm x 30mm. Fruit yellow aging brown.
