Twiner to 8m with basally lobed leaves to 130mm x 60mm, glabrous above, hairy beneath. Axillary or cauligerous spikes to 20mm long with puberulous bracts to 20mm long, yellowish green and brown-purple flowers,tube to 11mm x 2.5mm, 1-lipped limb to 25mm x 6mm. 6-ridged capsule to 30mm x 15mm.
