Woody liana with leaves to 170mm x 120mm, glabrous above, pubesent beneath. Axillary racemes of 15-20 flowers with bracts to 1mm, greenish-yellow flower, darker inside, utricle to 5mm diameter, tube to 15mm long with lobes to 40mm long.
