Slender twiner with tomentose young stems, leaves & flowers. Leaves to 120mm x 85mm. Axillary solitary flowers yellow-green & purple, purple throat with tube to 20mm long, hirsute lip 30mm x 8mm with yellow border & black spots about opening.
