Fruiting Times
Scandent shrub, twining or non-twining shrub or perennial woody climber with white tomentose branches. Leaves villous or nearly glabrous above, hoary tomentose beneath 130mm x 100mm. Axillary tomentose cymes with bracts tomentose on back, glabrous & pink on front to 12mm long, 15mm long purple-pink or red flowers hirsute without with 5 hairy lobes with glabrous margins to 8mm & tube to 7mm, exterior sepals 10mm x 7mm, interior sepals 6mm x 3mm all tomentose on back glabrous inside. Fruit a red berry 10mm diameter with persistent calyx red within.
